I'll say it again: why look for something good when you can have something better?


Why take antihypertensive medications when you can maintain a healthy weight, be physically active, avoid smoking, limit the amount of alcohol you consume, and get enough sleep?


I mean,


Why deal with sexually transmitted infection (STI) medications when you can avoid having sex with random strangers?


Know your partner's status and, if necessary, use condoms or, at the very least, abstain!


The truth is that prevention is better than cure, and some of the diseases that are threatening the populace today can be avoided to some extent.


BELOW ARE A FEW TIPS TO ENSURE YOUR CONTINUED HEALTH


1. Eat healthy meals and Vegetables and cut out the junk.


2. Exercise regularly and quit sedentary living.


3. Quit excessive smoking, vaping, and alcohol intake.


4. check your blood sugar level and blood pressure at regular intervals.


5.   Consume less salt and sugar also,  reduce intake of harmful fats and cholesterol.


6.  DO NOT SKIP MEALS-Eat moderate portions and enjoy a balanced diet every time.

Althoughghhh genetic predispositions and environmental pollution might play a role in disease conditions, then the part you can control–which is lifestyle and diet– should be done with utmost seriousness and dedication.
